WP series conventional welding rotator is used for automatic girth welding of metal cylinder. It is composed of power welding rotator and idler welding rotator, and the welding rotator space can be adjusted by bolt. It has the features of reliable quality, good performance, easy operation and wide application.

Welding rotator is mainly composed of power rotator and idler rotator, power rotator has the function of drive roller rotation and adjust work-piece rotation, the rotator load bearing capacity is big, speed to meet the requirements of welding, adopting AC frequency control adjust speed. The idler rotator has supporting function, but no power, rotation roller friction drive by work-piece rotation.

At the same time, it is also equipped with a remote control box which has all operation functions of this machine to operate conveniently.
