TRUMONY color coated aluminium foil combines all advantages of modern coil-coating technology in our full-automatic production line. Our company can produce aluminium coil used for aluminium/plastic composite panel, and the base material for color cocated aluminium coil. The aluminium substrate gets degreased, chemically pre-treated and coated in a single production step which resulting in a high-quality uniform coating reproducible at any time and a material which has been developed for easy processing for a variety of application.

By changing the alloy, we have achieved on the basis of ensuring the fin formability and strength, the thickness of the fin is reduced. And then it can reduce the volume of equipment and improve heat transfer efficiency.
Through online inspection, we can exclude the problem from the root which finally ensured customers’ production yield of tube.
Meanwhile,we also developed high strength and long life plate material.The environmental resistance of the equipment which is made out of the such plate material will be greatly enhanced.
Currently,we also put three or more composite materials as our R & D direction.The purpose of the research is to increase the anti-corrosive and other features of the material.

A: We are honored to offer you samples, but new clients are expected to pay for courier costs. The courier costs will be returned if an order will be placed within one year period.
