Explanatory Note Description


Manual Un-coiler[1] : One set. The price of manual un-coiler is included in the FOB Price.


Diameter of Main Shaft: 95 mm; Rollers Station: 14 Rows [2] : The diameter of main shafts are bigger than older type, and they will be more practical, more efficient and more durable! The 14 rows of rollers station is more reasonable than older type, and make the machine has a longer service life and make the products have a more stable performance.


Machine Body: Electrostatic Spraying Treatment[3] : Their surfaces are not coated with paint. First, they will be treated by Sand Treatment Equipemnt, and then be sent to Electrostatic Spraying Treatment Room, under the high temperature (over 260℃) to finish the final spraying treatment. So, They will have a good waterproof and rust protection performance, and look more beautiful.


Hydraulic Station Structure: 300mm steel welded; Four Pole Structure[4] : The four pole structure will make the cutter has a more stable performance when cutting the panel, controlled by Hyd System, and with better accuracy. This is own special devising.


Electrical System: PLC and HMI touch Screen (Taiwan Delta)[5] : It can be modified as per customers requirements, such as Siemens, and the operation system language can be specified, such as English, French, Russian and so on.

4). We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
