Application

Anti-twist braided wire rope is specially braided from galvanized steel wire strands,and usually used for overhead line stringing and pulling operation.The high strength rope has lot of advantages:

2. Complete stability to rotation

3. Homogeneous distribution of pressure between the elementary wires.

4. Increased efficiency during stringing operations.

So the rope is always used as pilot wire rope or pulling rope for power line contruction.

Anti-Twisting Pilot Rope is specially braided from galvanized steel wire and widely

used as pilot rope for power line stringing operation.

Diameter:9mm,11mm,13mm,16mm,18mm,20mm,22mm,24mm,26mm,28mm,30mm

Structure:Hexagon with 12 strands or 18 strands.

Features:

The rotation angle is zero,and the combined rotation torque is also zero while it is bearing tension at free state .It is suitable to be used in various fields which require wire rope with no rotation . The wire rope has fine flexibility with long using life .There is no twist and no tangling up when the tension released. You can change the length and repair local damage by grafting ,which will not reduce the flexibility. Hexagon is more suitable for puller, tensioner, winch, hoisting etc .
