The spiral baffle plate evaporator is the latest product designed and made by Qiaoxin and has obtained
the national technical patents, which can save 20% in copper consumption and 30% in ferrous metals,
reach the total energy saving rate 30% after test and satisfy the national economic policy of industrial
upgrading, saving energy and reducing consumption and environmental protection.
● The heat transfer tube adopts the internal thread high efficiency tube, which increases the heat transfer
area by 20% ~ 50% than the light pipe, thus effectively improves the heat transfer efficiency;
● This product undergoes strict pressure and water pressure test, shell test pressure 1.15Mpa, pipe test
pressure 1.9Mpa;
● The pipe is cleaned with a special cleaning equipment to ensure the cleanliness of the quality system, to
meet the refrigeration system of various refrigerant refrigerant;
