3. History of 201 Stainless Steel
200 series of stainless steel is in the World War II, as 300 series
of stainless steel substitutes in the United States first developed
successfully. At that time, due to the reasons for the war, as a
strategic material of nickel by the countries concerned strictly
control, the United States a serious shortage of nickel supply. In
order to solve the problem of stainless steel production and supply
in the case of a serious shortage of nickel supply, the United
States has developed a series of new grades of austenitic stainless
steel of manganese nickel.
After the end of World War II, the US nickel supply situation
gradually improved, therefore, 300 series stainless steel
production is no longer subject to tight constraints of raw
materials, so the 200 series will no longer be a big development.
Several Indians who had been involved in the development of 200
series stainless steels were returned from India to India, which is
a relatively rich source of manganese resources and a lack of
nickel resources. The 200 series of stainless steel varieties
developed in the United States are brought back to India.
The success of the 200 series of stainless steel applications in
India is due to the possibility of replacing 304 stainless steel in
some specific applications.
4. Processing of Stainless Steel Sheet
Mostly Stainless steel sheet cut from stainless steel coil ,but
according to the thickness.If thickness is very thick ,it will be
sheets directly.Below are some steps of sheets process.

surfaces by chemical methods.
* EMBOSSING
It is physical rolling on the stainless steel surface, pattern
comes from metal roller....
