Thread Connection Shell and Tube Liquid Cooler Water Heat Exchangers Cooler for petroleum, chemical,
textile, metallurgy, electronics, telecommunications and other industrial departments use pneumatic
control, pneumatic instrumentation, pneumatic components and the industrial process gas supplied by 40
℃ or less stable and pulse compressed air.This series high efficiency after cooler is on the basis of
summarizing the existing compressed air cooling methods at home and abroad, combined with air supply
device layout of form a complete set and produce a new product.It has the good cooling effect, simple
process, less investment, convenient in operation and maintenance, and the characteristics of small
volume, light weight.
Air compressor exhaust temperature of compressed air from the air inlet into the after cooler, the heat
exchange tube flow in the core, it with the casing of cooling water to heat exchange, temperature is lower,
from the outlet flow out. In the process of cooling, water vapor and vapor are condensed into droplets and
oil droplets, which are expelled from the drain. The cooling water enters the shell from the inlet pipe and is
discharged from the outlet after the heat exchange with the compressed air.
