De-coiler:
3T hydraulic double head de-coiler, maximal take 3Tons x2, Inner
diameter 380-520mm, coil width: 590mm, hydraulic motor power: 4kw:
Leveling part
Adopt single flatten system, 7 rollers (upper is 3 rollers, down is
4 stations) to make the material flatten. Feeding roller diameter:
40Gr, ¢100mm, power: 11kw. Max feeding width: 700mm.
Feeding device
Adjust center of the forming rollers and sufficient length to
prevent lateral movement of the strip on its entry to forming
section.
Roll forming system
Roll forming system consist of machine frame, transmission parts
and roll forming rollers etc. The frame consists of base frame and
wire-electrode cutting stations, base with welded sections; ensure
the equipment rigidity and beautiful appearance. The main frame
provided the base to the whole transmission and roll model, ensure
the rolling action in a relatively stable framework. The
transmission consist of the power source and transmission
components, the power source is reduced motor, transmission part is
composed by gear box, from the power out of the motor through the
chain and wheel to the lower roller in the roll forming machine,
and then through the gear box to achieve the mold’s accordingly
action. Roll model consist of rollers, axles and adjustments,
forming roll by the CAD software specifically optimized design and
precision machining by the CNC machine tools to ensure the panel’s
and size’s accuracy. Upper and lower roller use screw and spring
adjustment, make the production of the material with different
thickness within the limits prescribed range, as long as the
adjustment screw that can be easily reached. The profile’s height
and width can adjust by PLC.
Track cutting system
Profile transversal cutting device units allowing to cut the bent
profile without damaging the metal coating and to assure a smooth
cut included. Cut the sheet after roll forming to required length.
The cutting length is controlled by PLC. Change the cutter to
realize cutter different profiles.
Rectify device
Function: make the end product in straight, left and right, up and
down
The protect cover
To avoid accidents, the machine will be covered with the protective
mesh. It is easy to take off when need adjust machine.
