General ball bearing once every 100 hours refueling operation, refueling operating 50 hours each roller type, special working environment, such as tropical, high humidity, dust, temperature change is big and continuous work, should reduce the cycle of the lubrication. New grease must also be added before and after the machine stops running. Grease must be filled in the raceway every time until it is seeped from the seal. When lubricating grease, turn the rotary support slowly to fill the grease evenly.

(3) the tooth surface should always remove sundries and apply the corresponding grease in time.

(4) the pre-tightening force of the bolt should be checked after 100 hours of first operation. For every 500 hours thereafter, sufficient pretension must be maintained.

(5) in the operation of the rotary support, if the noise, impact and power suddenly increase, the machine should be shut down for inspection immediately, troubleshooting, and disassembly if necessary.

(6) it is better to take protective measures to avoid the adverse effects caused by dust, rain, flooding and high temperature. To close or enter the teeth meshing area.

(7) always check the good condition of the seal. If it is found that the seal belt is damaged, it should be replaced in time. If it is found, it should be reset in time.
