1. Crystal Tube Ice

The tube ice maker is an ice maker that produces cylindrical edible ice cubes. It has several stainless steel tubes to form an evaporator. The ice making agent flows between the tubes. The water in the tubes flows spirally from top to bottom under the action of the water separator. The water forms ice cubes during the flow process. It is equipped with triple protection of digital pressure control, mechanical pressure control and time relay to strictly control the ice cube forming speed and prevent the stainless steel pipe from freezing and cracking. After the ice cube is formed, the evaporator of the ice making system is used for heating under the action of the three controllers mentioned above to make the ice cube fall freely. At the same time, it is cut with the ice skate to form a cylindrical ice cube, namely tube ice.

When the machine finish fixing and come into testing working conditon. Every worker will be responsible for their equipment. They will give out fact testing date and results.After proving testing date is accord with delivery standard. Then CBFI Quality Management Department will allow these equipment that go to packing department and waiting for cleaning and packing.

Before delivery, CBFI Quality Management Department should check all mark and packing conditon. If it is prove it is accord with exporting standard and customer's requirement. Then they will allow these equipment come into fininshed product area.
