Carbon Steel Erw Tube Mill,Tube Mill Line ,Erw Pipe Mill mainly produces stainless steel pipes used for decoration such as furniture, hand railing, household electric applicance, curtain rail, etc. The machine not only can make round pipe, but also square pipe, rectangle pipe, oval pipe and other irregular pipe as well.

Technical flow :

Scrolling up→ Uncoiling → Shear and Welding→ Spiral accumulator→ Forming → H.F. induction welding→ External burr removing→ Cooling → Sizing→ Flying saw → Run out table→Inspecting→ Packing→ Warehouse.

Product Process:

material(steel coil)→uncoiler→shear and welder→horizontal(or cage) accumulator→forming mill→

HF soild welder→sizing mill→rounghly straightening(turkey head)→cut off machine→run out table

High‐frequency welded tube mill line is designed to produce round tube diameter of 25.4 – 114 mm, and wall thickness of 0.8 ‐4.0 mm. This line utilizes roll forming to process steel strip into various shapes. Using high frequency induction heating, this line is capable of producing section material of various diameters and sizes by squeezing weld seam together into closed shape. The application of advanced aperture technology, PLC automatic control system and British Eurasia Digital speed‐regulating unit ensure that the production line works reliably and operates and maintains easily.
