DESCRIPTION

This machine is composed of gantry type structure, welding transformer, pneumatic drive device, upper and lower electrodes, electrical control system, cooling system, and PLC operation control system. The general welder for welding flat net in the market can only weld the square and rectangle net. However, except for square and rectangle, this machine could be used to weld triangle, circular and other shapes of flat net.

FEATURES

1.Multiple sets of welding electrodes are installed on the beam and equipped with slide guide thet could move from left to right. It is convenient to adjust the distance of welding spot so it is suitable for welding the work pieceswith different spot distance. The welding program of row welding electrode is flexible and various kind of welding programs are available. So you could choose to weld from the middle to the side or single welding. More than 1000 types of welding method is available (Create any combination via changing theparameters). Eliminate the deformation problem after welding.

2.Use compressed air to give force to welding electrode so as to achieve stable welding pressure. Each electrode pressure and cylinder stroke (0-50mm) could be adjust independently. Upper electrode will conduct vertical movement during welding process. It can be adjusted from front to back. The lower electrode could be adjusted from left to right. The fixture installation is simple.

3.The automatic feeding system is optional. Except for manual wire filling, the feeding device could be equipped with coded servo motor with quick response and high control precision. There are two sets of automatic feeder. They could be placed on double sides of double layers to achieve automatic cycle working with high efficiency and fast speed.
