When the pneumatic hammer is not filled with compressed air (above 3kg / cm), the magnetic piston is tightly fixed on the base plate with strong magnetic force. When the three-way solenoid valve is energized, the compressed air flows into the pneumatic hammer body, and the pressure in the body increases. When it is greater than the magnetic force, the magnetic piston is separated from the base plate at a high speed, and a strong counterattack force is generated due to the reaction force of strong magnetic force. The magnetic piston falling at high speed impacts the base plate, and its impact force is transmitted to the bin, and the attached dust is knocked down with strong impact force. When the three-way solenoid valve stops energizing, the compressed air in the body of pneumatic percussion hammer is discharged through the three-way solenoid valve, so the magnetic piston is slowly raised by the return spring and then close to the base plate, which is tightly connected to the base plate by magnetic force to return to the initial state.

There is a strong magnetic magnet inside the hammer head. Before the operation, the magnetic hammer head clings to the magnetic base plate. When the three-way solenoid valve is energized and the air inlet pressure is greater than the magnetic force, the magnetic hammer head will break away from the base plate at high speed and impact to the bottom; after the impact, the three-way solenoid valve will be powered off, the gas in the product will be removed and the hammer head will be reset. The impact force of the air hammer is transmitted to the pipe or the wall of the bucket, so that the material can flow smoothly.
