Twin screw refrigeration compressor

The twin screw refrigeration compressor is an energy adjustable fuel injection compressor. It is the

inspiration, compression, exhaust three consecutive process is by the body of a pair of intermeshing yin

and yang rotor rotation occurs when the cyclical volume changes to achieve. Generally the male rotor is

the active rotor, the female rotor is the driven rotor.

Main components: double rotor, body, main bearing, shaft seal, balance piston and energy regulator.

Capacity of 15 to 100% stepless adjustment or two or three sections of regulation, to take the hydraulic

piston to reduce the load mode. Conventional use:

Radial and axial are rolling bearings; open with oil separator, oil tank and oil pump; closed for the

differential pressure oil lubrication, fuel injection, cooling and drive slide valve capacity adjustment of the

piston movement.

Single screw refrigeration compressor

Compression is achieved by the engagement of an active rotor and two star wheels. It is the suction,

compression, exhaust three consecutive process is by the rotor, the star wheel rotation occurs when the

cyclical volume changes to achieve.

Rotor teeth for six, star wheel for the eleven teeth

The main components are a rotor, two star wheels, body, main bearing, energy adjustment device.

Capacity can be from 10% -100% stepless adjustment and three or four-stage adjustment.
