Manual Chain Hoist CH-G Type for Heavy Duty Lifting:

Manual chain hoists/hand chain block are commonly known as chain blocks and are designed for heavy duty lifting and materials handling operation tasks. Manual chain blocks raise and lower loads by pulling on the hand chain. Chain blocks can be of single or double fall configurations depending on the capacity of the block.

The operational approach:

1. Do not overload the cable.

2. Operation with power other than human power is strictly prohibited.

3. Before use, make sure that the machine parts are intact, the transmission part and lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal.

4. Before lifting, worker have to check whether the upper and lower hooks are fastened. The lifting chain should be hung vertically without any wrong twisted link.

5. The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand sprocket wheel and drag the hand chain, so that the hand sprocket wheel rotates clockwise to raise the weight; Reverse pull the chain, the weight can slowly fall.

6. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to do any work or walk under the heavy objects to avoid serious accidents.

7. In the lifting process, no matter the weight rises or falls, the force should be uniform and slow when pulling the chain, not too hard, so as to avoid the movement of the chain or the clasp.

8. If the operator finds that the hand tension is higher than the normal tension, he should stop using it immediately. Prevent damage to the internal structure, to prevent the accident of falling objects.

9. After landing the heavy object safely and firmly, take the hand and pull the lower hook of the gourd.

10. After use, hoist should be gently handled and placed in a dry and ventilated place. Apply lubricating oil and put it away.
