Automatic CNC bender is equipped with programming controller PLC servo control system and drove by high-efficiency and high-precision servo motor based on the feed axis and shift axis. It has manual, semi-automatic single-angle, automatic multi-angle and test-run modes, so that it is very easy for operator to use the powerful functions of this bender. It can be operated easily through the touch screen and control panel, of which the touch screen can store over 500 groups of data of the bender. Meanwhile, it can convert X, Y, Z coordinate values to Y,B,C work values. Each program can include 20 different angles of the bender, as well as bending can be set with different bending speed values. The automatic CNC bender is easy in operation and friendly in interface, as well as computer automatically detecting the whole status and warning, so that it is well suited for carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, as well as commonly used in air conditioning pipe, automobile exhaust pipe, motorcycle bumper, boiler tubes, fitness equipment, stainless steel handrails, baby stroller and metal furniture, etc. Furthermore, we will continue to make innovation to give better service to all customers.

Installation, commissioning, training, after-sales service

1,Installation and acceptance

1.1 After the machinery from the supply side to the demand side, the demand side is responsible for unloading facility.

1.2 Supplier is responsible for the mechanical commissioning.

1.3Demand side should accept the machine after bending specimens according to demand’s request (subject to the requirements of the contract)

2,Training

Train to all the adjustment workers, operators, maintenance workers (hydraulic, pneumatic lubrication system maintenance personnel, electrical, electronic and control systems personnel, CNC programmers, technical staff),to make sure they can operate, adjust, repair, programming properly.

3,Service.

3.1 Quality "three guarantees" period: 12 months form the commissioning date of acceptance by the demand side

3.2 During the "three guarantees" period of equipment failure, the supplier is responsible for free repair, replacement parts (except for the demand side in violation of the rules of accidental damage caused).

3.3 Responding to the supplier to provide services required by the buyer receives telephone (fax) the day after, within 48 hours (except holidays) sent to the demand-side scene.

    Zhangjiagang Hengli Technology Co.,Ltd is specialized in developing and producing  LG series and LD series cold pilger mill, straightener machine, cold drawing machine and so on.

    Cold pilger mill is our main product.We self-designed and manufactured LG30,LG60,LG90,LG120,LG180 and LG250 type series of cold pilger mill in 2003,and developed LG30HGL high-speed rolling mill (160 times/min) in domestic in 2010,so filled the domestic blank. In 20011, we developed LG10H, LG20H, LG40H, LG50H series cold pilger mills, which all adopted the leading, Rexroth servo motor control system in domestic area, and realized full automation of continuous feeding and rolling. In 2012, we developed the planet form super speed cold pilger mill LG20 and LG15 whose designed stroke is 220 times/min. Then successively developed  LG 30H, LG50H cold pilger mill with crank-shaft balance system (max stroke is 180 times/min), for old and new customers to choose. At present, we are planning to continue developing LG350, LG420 type cold pilger mill, and other specifications.
